According to The Wall Street Journal, the company submitted in May a web browsing service TVsBased on the operating system AndroidCurrently available on some smart phones , listed Intel, Sony and Logitech as potential partners.

Google is making final preparations to launch in May a software designed to facilitate navigation on the Internet through TVsSays The Wall Street Journal in its online edition .


The newspaper, citing sources familiar with the initiative , details that the software is based on the operating system Android and is designed to allow developers to create tools that facilitate access to the Network TVs.

Also Logitech is also participating and developing peripheral devices , such as a keypad.

According to the report , the partners hope to facilitate the use of applications such as Twitter in TVsand attract software developers to create new applications Google TV.
